As something becomes more complex, it becomes able to perform more functions with fewer dedicated components. Following from this attribute of complexity, a tree is seen as carrying the least number of dedicated organs compared to its innumerable functions. Tree is a trim tab.

Tree Tech presents fifty life lessons inspired by the invisible technology of trees. These subtle technologies — essential for the performance of trees — are presented in a familiar visual language through richly delightful illustrations by architect and artist Ümair Zia.
